The Tennessee Association of Public Purchasing (TAPP), a chapter of NIGP, is holding their spring conference in Germantown, TN on April 23-24, 2026 and sponsorship registration is now available. Sponsorships are on a first come, first serve basis. We expect to have between 60 members in-person and virtual from agencies across the state. Join us for our event night on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the hotel. We will have plenty of food, music and some games to play. When you register, please also include that you are attending the event night as we need a head count for food.
The sponsorship levels are explained below:
DIAMOND (3 available) - $2,500: Vendors in the Diamond tier will have 15 minutes to speak during one of our meals, a booth for both Thursday and Friday (April 23 & 24), three meals (breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday) for up to 2 members of your company, a complete list of our members (over 200), along with their contact information, your company name and logo in our conference materials and your company logo on our website for one year. This exciting tier is available to the first 3 vendors that choose this level.
PLATINUM - $1,500: Vendors in the Platinum tier will be provided a booth for both Thursday and Friday (April 23 & 24), three meals (breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday) for up to 2 members of your company, a complete list of the conference attendees along with their contact information. Your company name and logo in our conference materials and your company logo on our website for one year.
GOLD - $1,000: Vendors in the Gold tier will be provided a booth for Thursday only (April 23), two meals (breakfast and lunch on Thursday) for up to 2 members of your company, a complete list of the conference attendees along with their contact information. Your company name and logo in our conference materials and your company logo on our website for one year.
SILVER - $750: Vendors in the Silver tier will receive a complete list of the conference attendees along with their contact information. Your company name and logo in our conference materials and your company logo on our website for one year. Please note that no booth, meals or opportunity to attend the event night will be provided for vendors choosing this tier.

There will be a vendor expo on Thursday, April 23rd, along with multiple opportunities to network with our group throughout the day and evening.
